Yash Rejected Ravana’s Role In Ramayana Because Of Ranbir-Alia? Here’s The Truth!

Actor Yash rejected Ravana's role in the Ramayana because of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Here is the truth about why he rejected the film.

Even after Om Raut’s recently released film Adipurush, despite facing so much criticism, people have pinned their hopes on Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming Ramayana. Ever since these reports came out about the film, discussions have been going on about the casting of the film, in which Alia Bhatt will play the role of Sita, Ranbir Kapoor will play the role of Ram, and Yash will play Ravana. But Hindus showed their displeasure by casting Alia and Ranbir, who will play the roles of gods, which they absolutely do not deserve for many reasons, including allegedly eating ‘beef, according to audiences. In the meantime, discussions are going on that Yash has also rejected the film because of both of them. But this is not true at all. Let’s know the whole story.

Yash has innumerable fans, and with the way admirers show their love for their favourites, even actors never disappoint them. And here also happened the same. Let us tell you that Yash rejected the Ramayana film not for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt but because he does not want to play negative roles.

As soon as the news came out that Yash would play Ravana, which is a negative role, his fan following might not like to see him in a negative role. They showed their displeasure through social media, so Yash rejected the film.

Although it has not been clear whether Yash reacted to the film or not, the makers are approaching him.

Meanwhile, reports stated that Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana will go on floors this year in December.
