Actor Sunny Deol, one of Bollywood’s beloved stars, is ringing in his 66th birthday today. The occasion was not only celebrated by fans but also marked with heartfelt messages from his sons, Karan Deol and Rajveer Deol. Expressing their love and admiration, both sons took to Instagram to shower their father with warm wishes.
“Happiest Birthday Dad! Your talent and love inspire me every day. May this year be filled with even more success and happiness,” wrote Sunny’s elder son Karan Deol, alongside a series of endearing snapshots capturing their special moments.
Rajveer Deol’s message was equally touching, as he wrote, “Happy Birthday Dad. May your birthday be as amazing and incredible as you are. Love you.”
Sunny Deol, born to veteran actor Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur, made his remarkable entry into Bollywood with the blockbuster Betaab in 1983, opposite Amrita Singh. His journey continued with a string of successful ventures such as Arjun, Ghayal, Damini, Ghatak, Border, and the iconic Gadar. Most recently, his triumphant return with Gadar 2 in August 2023 redefined box office records, amassing a staggering Rs 525.45 crores.
Looking ahead, Sunny is set to grace the screen once again in Rajkumar Santoshi’s much-anticipated directorial, Lahore 1947, to be produced under Aamir Khan’s banner.
