The property, previously owned by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah and his family from Pennsylvania, USA, encompasses an expansive land area of 7,722 square feet, featuring the existing Nirmal Bhuvan bungalow spanning 5,416 square feet over two stories.
Documents accessed by IndexTap.com disclosed that John Abraham also shelled out a significant Rs 4.24 crore for stamp duty, underscoring the magnitude of this investment.
