Multiple international media reports have alleged that Britney Spears engaged in a physical altercation with her on-and-off boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Paramedics reportedly arrived at the scene as a result. Numerous photos of Britney, aged 42, being escorted out of the hotel have surfaced on social media, causing concern among her fans.
The images featured Britney appearing distressed, holding a white pillow to her chest while surrounded by her security team. In some reports, it’s suggested that she experienced a mental breakdown following the altercation with Paul.
Britney, on her official Instagram account, has refuted the reports as “fake news.” The singer of ‘Toxic’ stated, “Just to let people know… the news is fake !!! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday!!!”. Check out the post here!
In another post, Britney shared videos revealing her swollen ankle, stating that her mom was involves. She wrote, “I know my mom was involved !!! I haven’t talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out !!! I was set up just like she did way back when !!! I wish I had grandparents !!! I can’t stand her !!! I honestly don’t care I will say it!!! Psss this man is wonderful !!! He’s like a father to me and he got me through last night !!! I adore you and admire you mister Mathew !!!”
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Britney was screaming and behaving “out of control” in the hallway of her suite. Multiple guests reportedly believed she was experiencing “a mental breakdown,” prompting the call for paramedics. An LAPD fire department spokesperson confirmed to Page Six that an ambulance was summoned to the Los Angeles hotel around midnight on Thursday.
