Fardeen Gets Candid, Says I Feel 25 Which I Had Forgotten

After Fardeen was clicked in city whilst visiting well renowned Bollywood film / casting director Mukesh Chhabra's office, during his recent interview with a leading entertainment tabloid, Fardeen getting candid, says I feel 25 which I had forgotten.

Best known for films like No EntryHeyy BabyyFida, and many more, B Town actor Fardeen Khan has amazed and shocked all of us with his body transformation journey wherein he has lost almost 18 kgs in past 6 months and during a recent interview, Fardeen gets candid, says I feel 25 which I had forgotten.

Fardeen who was seen in casting and now film director Dil Bechara (2020) fame Mukesh Chhabra’s office in the city recently looks totally lean and fit. We can say he is all ready to make his comeback in Bollywood again wherein during a recent interview with a leading entertainment tabloid newspaper, Fardeen gets candid, says I feel 25 which I had forgotten.

During his recent interview, he got chatty and talked about loads of things but certainly this is also true that Fardeen gets candid, says I feel 25 which I had forgotten.

Also whilst the interview, opening up about how his pic which was snapped impromptu by a paparazzi went viral on social media, Fardeen said, “It felt good to get a warm welcome. I didn’t even know that there was a photographer. People are so generous and talking about how I looked, it most certainly feels good. When you take a break and attempt to get back, especially when so much has changed in the industry, it is daunting. Such a reaction make it bit easier. It felt good that people are still interested in you and haven’t forgotten you”.

Further, he also spoke about how now one’s social media presence is very important then the times before when he used to act, Fardeen stated, “We are navigating the digital age and social media, and the latter is a different animal. You are humbled by its power as it can be intrusive too. So, you have to make it work for you, be balanced and be authentic. It’s a great way to communicate with people who love your work”.

Elucidating more details about his physically transforming journey of weight loss during the lockdown, he said, “Back then, I wasn’t feeling my best. I am also dad to my daughter, 7 and son, 3, so I run after them, take them to school, play in the part etc. I wanted to reclaim myself, not just how I look, but how you feel, your energy level. So, six months ago, the lockdown worked for me and I focused on health and nutrition and lost weight. Later, I got a personal trainer and I have lost 18 kg this year. More importantly, I feel very good. I feel 25, which I had forgotten. We are in a business where you are expected to look good and that is a part of the motivation of working again. I am happy and it feels great”.

Also highlighting mainly on why he took such a long break Fardeen signed off by saying, “I wanted to be there for her and my kids, who are the center of my world. I enjoy being a dad. Now that I am back, I feel like a newcomer. But I think I come with a certain degree of wisdom. You are calmer while approaching things and you have seen how things work. I am glad to be back”.
