Ramayana: Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi have commenced filming for their highly anticipated project, “Ramayana.” Recently, leaked images from the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s film surfaced online, showcasing the actors portraying the iconic characters of Ram and Sita.

In the leaked images, Ranbir was seen donning a maroon dhoti, draping a matching dupatta over one shoulder, and accessorizing with a long golden necklace. Meanwhile, Sai adorned a purple saree and adorned herself with elaborate traditional jewelry.
Earlier reports highlighted Ranbir’s rigorous preparation regimen for the role of Ram. This involved a disciplined diet with reduced carbohydrate intake and intensive cardio workouts, including running and bodyweight exercises. According to a source cited by India Today, the actor focused on slimming down rather than maintaining a muscular physique, particularly targeting weight loss in his face and torso, areas he had previously gained weight for his role in “Animal.”

It’s worth mentioning that this isn’t the initial instance of leaked images from Nitesh Tiwari’s “Ramayana” sets surfacing online. Earlier this month, Zoom acquired some photographs from the film’s sets, showcasing Lara Dutta and Arun Govil portraying their respective characters. Govil, renowned for his portrayal of Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s “Ramayana,” will be assuming the role of King Dashrath in the movie. Conversely, Lara Dutta will be portraying Kaikeyi.

About Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana
In addition to Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, “Ramayana” is poised to feature Yash as Ravana, while Sunny Deol has reportedly been finalized for the role of Hanuman. Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi are also said to be in discussions for the roles of Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana, respectively. According to reports, the film is slated for a Diwali 2025 release, although there’s no official confirmation on this yet.
