Shruti Haasan’s personal life made headlines once more when she and her longtime boyfriend, doodle artist and illustrator Santanu Hazarika, unfollowed each other on Instagram. This action fueled speculation of a breakup, and recent reports confirm that the rumors are indeed accurate.
Confirming the same a source revealed to HindustanTimes, “They broke up last month. Since there were personal wavelength issues, they decided to part ways amicably.” Additionally, Shruti recently shared a cryptic message on her Instagram account. “It’s been a crazy ride, learning so much about myself and about people.”
It’s worth noting that neither Shruti nor Santanu has made any statement regarding their rumored breakup. According to reports, the actor and Hazarika have been living separately for about a month. Adding to the speculation, Haasan has removed all photos with her former boyfriend from her Instagram account.
Haasan and Hazarika initially connected through social media. The doodle artist reached out to the actor via direct message, sparking conversations between them. In a previous interview, Haasan disclosed that she had shared one of her poems with Hazarika, who responded by creating an elaborate artwork for her.
