Nagraj Manjule’s upcoming film Ghar Banduk Biryani is set to arrive in cinemas on April 7. Now to make the valentine day even more special, makers have released first romantic track ‘Gun Gun’, which features Akash Thosar and Sayli Patil as young love birds who are trying express their love without saying anything. The sweet melody of love is sung by Ashish Kulkarni & Kavita Raam and music is by AV Prafullachandra.
Speaking about composing this tune music composer AV Praffulchandra said, “Romantic songs in Nagraj Manjule’s movies are always heart touching. Every frame of the song is beautiful. The songs are shot in a unique way which is pleasing to the eyes. So I have tried to make the lyrics of the song more audible. There is a different magic in love, we will experience that magic once again in this love song ‘Gun Gun”.
Along with producing the film, Nagraj Manjule has also written the film’s story, screenplay and dialogues. He is also the creative director of the film. Speaking about the film’s music Nagraj said, “A. V. Prafullachandra has worked hard for the music of this film for the past four years. I think music is the soul of any film. Things that cannot be told through story are expressed through music and AV. Prafullachandra has attempted to show the same wholeheartedly. I am sure, the audience will definitely hum this song”.
Ghar Banduk Biryani is directed by debutant Hemant Jangal Awtade. It also stars Sayaji Shinde, Nagraj Manjule. The film was scheduled to arrive in cinemas on March 30, but now the release date has been pushed to April 7.
