Super Dancer 3 Judges Ask Vulgar & Sexually Explicit Questions To 5-Yr-Old Kid

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has sent a notice to Sony Entertainment for a disturbing episode on Super Dancer 3.

Sony Entertainment has gotten into deep trouble for airing an episode of Super Dancer 3 where the judges were seen indulging in vulgar talk with a minor kid. The dance reality show for kids is judged by filmmaker Anurag Basu, actress Shilpa Shetty and choreographer Geeta Kapoor. A clip from the show is going viral on Twitter where the three judges can be seen laughing and asking vulgar questions to the 5-year-old contestant about his parents. While the judges enjoy the cheap conversation, the parents of the kid are seen totally embarrassed.

As this Twitter video went viral, Sony Entertainment received a notice from the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. The notice mentions, “The Commission has come across a video on Twitter from your kid’s dance show called Super Dancer Chapter 3, which was aired on Sony Entertainment Television, wherein it is seen that the judges on the show were asking the minor child vulgar and sexually explicit questions regarding his parents on stage.

It further reads, “All questions asked to the minor child were inappropriate and disturbing in nature and not meant to be asked to children.”

The Commission has instructed the channel to urgently take down the said episode along with an explanation to the Commission within seven days as to why such inappropriate questions were asked to the minor child artist on kid’s dance show.

People on the Internet have criticized the channel and the three judges for such act. A user wrote, “They should be severely penalized for this. Otherwise, this is a way to derive publicity cheaply and hence will be treated as encouragement. Estimate the value of publicity gained, multiply it by a factor of 10 and then levy that as the fine.”

“Outrageous. Whom to blame? Producers, Financers Audiences or all.. This needs urgent attention! Where are we heading?” wrote another Internet user.

Someone also criticized the parents as he wrote, “So sad first the parents should be taken to task, for money they can do anything.”
