Bigg Boss is widely known as one of the most popular TV shows. It’s famous for featuring big names from the entertainment industry and giving viewers a glimpse of their unseen sides. While many TV stars have appeared on the show, there are a few who have stated they wouldn’t join. One such star is Divyanka Tripathi, recognized for her roles in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Nach Baliye, and Khatron Ke Khiladi. There have been reports that Divyanka has been approached several times to join Bigg Boss, but she has consistently declined. Recently, she explained her reasons for avoiding participation in the show.
Divyanka Tripathi Reveals Why She Will Never Participate In Bigg Boss
In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress Divyanka revealed why she would never participate in Salman Khan’s show Bigg Boss. She said, “If I speak about Bigg Boss, my friends and family members don’t want me to go there. Very honestly, there are too many fights and arguments.”
She added, “People who are close to me and my fans can not see my respect being maligned. They are scared. However, they are also avid watchers of the shows. They really like watching reality shows. Whatever you say, these shows have their own charm.”
Divyanka Tripathi’s Upcoming Shows
For the unversed, Divyanka gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Dr. Ishita Raman Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, where she starred alongside actors such as Karan Patel, Aly Goni, Anita Hassanandani, among others. She has also appeared in various other TV shows including Yeh Hai Chahatein, Banu Main Teri Dulhan, Intezaar, Teri Meri Love Stories, and Mrs. And Mr. Sharma Allahabad Wale.
Recently, Divyanka made an appearance on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 as a special guest, showing her support for her husband, actor Vivek Dahiya, who was competing on the show. She’s currently gearing up for a new web series called Adrishyam – The Invisible Heroes, set to debut on SonyLIV. The series, which also stars actor Eijaz Khan, has already released its promo. From the promo, it’s revealed that Tripathi and Khan will portray secret agents.
