Back in 2023, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and Youtuber Elvish Yadav grabbed the headlines for the “snake venom case”. Things seemed to have quieted down since then. However, the Youtuber has now again landed in trouble after the forensic reports of samples taken from the alleged rave party last year have confirmed that they were indeed snake venom of Cobra and Krait snake species.
Six individuals, including the YouTuber Elvish Yadav, were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for reportedly supplying snake venom for a gathering in Sector 51 of Noida. While five of the accused were apprehended, Yadav was interrogated in connection with the case. Despite not being physically present at the event, Yadav faced allegations of supplying venom for the occasion.
The raid on the rave party was suspected of snake venom used for intoxication. During police questioning, Elvish Yadav mentioned Bollywood singer Fazilpuria. Earlier, on November 8, Elvish was questioned by Noida police regarding his video featuring two snakes. He claimed the reptiles were arranged by Fazilpuria, who clarified to Aaj Tak that he had no connection to rave parties. He stated the reptiles were provided by a production house for a music video.
Elvish Yadav Slap Controversy
Meanwhile, apart from the Snake Venom case Elvish recently gained the attention of the public and netizens after he slapped a man in a restaurant. The video of the YouTuber slapping the man went viral on social media. Addressing controversy Elvish said, “I am not interested in fighting nor slapping someone. I click photos with whoever asks me. However, if someone makes a personal remark, I don’t spare them.”
