Abhishek, a recent engineering graduate, takes a job as a Panchayat secretary while preparing for his CAT exams. Despite his dislike for the job, he experiences a mix of emotions towards the village life. Caught between eccentric villagers and a challenging lifestyle, his primary goal is to pass the CAT exam and leave the village behind.

After failing the CAT exams, Abhishek Tripathi remains in the village of Phulera for another year as the panchayat secretary, balancing his administrative duties with his MBA preparations. Despite hints of romantic interest between Abhishek and Brij Bhushan’s daughter Rinki, their relationship remains platonic. The season introduces political rivals and corrupt officials, adding urgency to upcoming village elections. Amidst these challenges, Abhishek navigates his responsibilities diligently while pursuing his academic aspirations.
