The NFL star’s timely arrival coincides with his bye week, providing him the opportunity to jet off to South America to be by Swift’s side. Photographs captured Kelce stepping into a waiting vehicle shortly after landing in the capital city, dressed casually in a cream-colored sweater and baseball cap.
Kelce’s dedication to Swift’s tour was evident as he departed from Kansas City late at night, immediately after attending Patrick Mahomes’ charity gala, causing him to miss the tour’s opening night in Argentina.
Despite his absence, it seems Swift had a message for Kelce, choosing to perform a song with telling lyrics during her concert.
An insider confirmed to Page Six on Wednesday that Kelce had indeed planned to make the journey to South America. However, the NFL star will be returning home on Sunday to fulfill his duties back in Kansas City.
The international leg of Swift’s tour kicks off on Thursday, with the 12-time Grammy winner performing for three nights in Argentina. After a brief six-day break, she will then head to Río de Janeiro, Brazil.
