Rihanna was seen at the most unexpected place, she was seen attending her ex-boyfriend Drake’s 36th birthday party at Poppy nightclub in Los Angeles! Drake’s birthday is actually on the 24th of Oct, but he celebrated it a day earlier and his famous ex made it.
A source told an entertainment portal, “Rihanna made an appearance and stayed for several hours. She was with two girlfriends and was escorted to Drake’s table my security. She and Drake were talking or a while and were smiling and laughing. It seemed like a very pleasant interaction and they looked like they were having fun together as friends.”
Sure her attending the party was pretty surprising given the fact that Rihanna in her interview with Vogue in May 2018, opened up about her fall out with Drake, Where she clearly stated, “We don’t have a friendship now. But we’re not enemies either. It is what it is.” But seems like it’s almost a year now, and as time heals all wounds, if she’s OK we are cool with it as well.
Rihanna and Drake were romantically linked many time in the past, but their relationship made headlines in summer of 2016. And though they didn’t confirm their relationship they were spotted together on various occasions and how can we forget that Drake presented Rihanna with the MTV Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs.
Drake in his speech at the VMAs gushed over Rihanna, though she later admitted that it made her feel “uncomfortable” because she “doesn’t like too many compliments,” but if you look back at the video, Rihanna surely had the biggest smiles on as she accepted the award. But soon their romance ended. Now Rihanna is currently dating UAE business tycoon Hassan Jameel for almost two years now. And in her most recent interview with Vogue, she said, “I’m actually in an exclusive relationship for quite some time. It’s going really well, so I’m happy.”
