Danielle Jonas, the wife of Kevin Jonas, one of the Jonas Brothers, recently shared her feelings of inadequacy compared to actress Priyanka Chopra, who is married to Nick Jonas. Danielle appeared on the LadyGang podcast alongside her husband, Kevin, where she candidly expressed her emotions. She admitted to feeling inferior in the presence of Priyanka Chopra and Sophie Turner, both of whom are actresses.
Danielle opened up about her conflicting relationship with her career, describing it as a “love-hate”. She revealed that she never intended to be in the spotlight, but being married to Kevin brought her into the public eye. However, following the marriages of Kevin’s brothers, Nick and Joe, Danielle has faced challenges in finding her place within the family. She expressed, “The two boys married somebody who are actresses. They’re out there, everyone knows them. And I feel like I’m Danielle, and it’s hard.” Furthermore, Danielle shared that she often feels inferior to Priyanka and Sophie when she is in their company.
Speaking about his own experiences, Kevin expressed solidarity with his wife, stating that he feels similarly when he is around Nick and Joe. He acknowledged that his brothers have established solo careers and ventured into movies, creating a sense of comparison. He emphasized the need for each individual to carve out their own path and highlighted the inevitability of facing comparisons, especially to the women in their lives.
