All eyes are on the trailer of Uunchai after the makers unveiled character posters. Pivotal actors Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Sarika, and Neena Gupta were introduced last week. Among mega star cast headed Uunchai, now Rajshri presented the youngest actor – Parineeti Chopra as Shraddha.
Uunchai is a unique story of three old friends on a trek to the mountains. Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, and Anupam Kher’s elderly aged trip to the Himalayas is headed by a tour guide played by Parineeti Chopra.
The Code Name Tiranga actor dropped the first look poster on her Instagram account. Sharing the poster she wrote, “Extremely grateful and forever indebted to Sooraj Sir for giving me Shraddha in his #Uunchai. I grew up watching his films, and today I am starring in one.. Pinch me! Catch this beautiful film in a theatre near you on 11.11.22”
Announcing the character poster of Pari playing the tour guide Shraddha, Rajshri Films wrote, “Presenting Parineeti Chopra as Shraddha Gupta in our next – #Uunchai! Experience liberation in a theatre near you on 11.11.22”
Nearing close to the release of the much-awaited film in November, Rajshri also announced the trailer release date. The production company on their social media wrote, “We proudly present our mega star cast. Here we come. Trailer Out Tomorrow! Make way for #Uunchai on 11.11.22.” Parineeti Chopra captioned sharing the new poster, “Humbled to be a part of this special ensemble! Here we come. Trailer Out Tomorrow! Make way for #Uunchai on 11.11.22.”
Uunchai will also star Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta, Sarika, and Nafisa Ali Sodhi. Uunchai is helmed by Sooraj Barjatya under the banners of his home production Rajshri Films. Sooraj returns to directing films after a break of 7 years. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo starring Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor was his last directorial project. The three senior actors will go on a trek of Uunchai on 11th November 2022.
