Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas To Return To Their Renovated $20 Million LA Mansion

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas allegedly had to leave their $20 million Los Angeles residence due to water damage and a mold infestation.

According to a report by The Sun US, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are preparing to move into their newly renovated Los Angeles residence. The article included recent aerial photographs of the $20 million mansion, stating that it appears refurbished three months after mold issues necessitated the couple’s departure. Previously, the couple had filed a lawsuit following their eviction from the property.

Married in 2018, Priyanka and Nick, along with their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, who celebrated her second birthday in January 2024, reside in the Hollywood Hills mansion. Recent aerial shots indicate that their home is nearly finished.

Why Nick Jonas-Priyanka Chopra Moved Out Of Their LA Mansion?

In February 2024, Page Six reported that Priyanka and Nick were forced to leave their LA home due to a mold infestation. They purchased the house in 2019 after their wedding in Rajasthan. Water damage led to mold issues, sparking a legal battle since May 2023. The pool and spa problems began around April 2020, with “porous waterproofing” causing mold contamination. Additionally, a water leak in the barbecue area damaged part of the interior living space. These issues made the property “virtually uninhabitable” and posed health risks.
