Popular rom-com film Shuddh Desi Romance has completed 10 years of release. The film was released in 2013 and featured young actors Sushant Singh Rajput, Parineeti Chopra and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles. All the actors had just started out in Bollywood at that time. 10 years have passed and the actors have achieved greater heights in their respective careers. Sadly, Sushant Singh Rajput is no more. SSR did some amazing films in his short span of career before passing away in June 2020.
As Shuddh Desi Romance completed 10 years, Parineeti Chopra has penned a beautiful note on Instagram. She shared a reel made of film’s scenes, and wrote in the caption, “Time really flies! A decade to this film but the memories are still fresh. This movie was a journey full of laughter, hectic shoots but heartwarming moments.”
Parineeti added, “What an experience shooting this film with such legendary actors. Rishi sir we miss you. Sushant, miss you even more. You were one of my favourite co stars.”

Parineeti recently announced her business venture with Tritiyaa Jewellery. Talking about the collaboration, she said, “For many years now, I have wanted to become an entrepreneur. Parineeti recently got engaged to politician Raghav Chadha. The couple is expected to get married by the end of this year.
