Neetu Kapoor once called her husband Rishi Kapoor a “brat” and a “bully” during a media interaction. Rishi Kapoor passed away in 2020. Remembering him, Neetu shared an old clip of an interview with CNN. Neetu was seen criticizing her husband who sat beside her and then compared him with the good qualities of their son Ranbir Kapoor.
Neetu said about Rishi Kapoor, “He’s a brat. He’s a bully and he’s loud.” Listing down the qualities of Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu said, “He’s totally down to earth, he’s simple and he never loses his cool.”
Rishi Kapoor’s expression changed as he saw his wife calling him a ‘bully’ on a public platform. However, Neetu burst out in laughter. The veteran actress shared this clip in 2018 on her Instagram profile and wrote, “This was totally unintentional. was asked to compare junior n senior !!! His expressions Priceless.”
On Friday, Neetu re-shared this clip in her Instagram story and wrote, “Justtt..”
Recently, Neetu congratulated her daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt for winning her first National Award in the “Best Actress” category. Alia was recognized for her acting in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Neetu praised Alia by writing in her Insta story, “So so proud of you Alia Bhatt for your first National Award. God Bless.”
On the work front, Neetu was last seen in the 2022 film JugJugg Jeeyo alongside Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani. She also appeared as one of the judges of the dance reality TV show Dance Deewane Juniors.
