Mannara Chopra has become a household face for all those who intensely followed Big Boss 17. Big Boss 17 was like a debut for Mannara Chopra. She kept her buzz throughout the season and became one of the top 3 contestants. As her surname suggests, everyone knows that this Big Boss girl is the sister of global sensation Priyanka Chopra and actress Parineeti Chopra. Three of them are cousins and part of close family members. But Mannara never liked mentioning Priyanka or Mannara’s name. When contestant Abhishek told her that she is duplicate of Parineeti Chopra, she fought with him over that topic. She avoids talking about her cousin sisters and hence there are rumors that there is some feud between their relationships. But now Mannara has opened up about how her bond is with her cousin sisters Priyanka and Parineeti.
In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, she disclosed why she didn’t like taking Priyanka or Mannara’s names during Big Boss 17. She said that if she had taken their names, people would have called her a nepo kid. And now when she is not mentioning her sisters’ names, people assume that their relation is not good enough. But in fact, their relation is really good and being the youngest child and sibling in the house, everyone loves her.
Big Boss is a show which gives you your own identity. Mannara wanted to build her own identity, she wanted everyone to know her by her name and not as sister of Priyanka Chopra or Parineeti Chopra.
Mannara unveiled that Priyanka Chopra is her inspiration as she is an independent and strong woman. Priyanka has an impact on all the other cousins. She recalled when Priyanka won the Miss World title, she was a kid then. Mannara is trying to adapt the best qualities of Priyanka Chopra, she mentioned.
