Pathaan
Siddharth Anand’s directorial, Pathaan is one of the biggest blockbuster hits of 2023. The film marked the comeback of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. Starring SRK, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, Pathaan grossed a whopping ₹1,050.30 crore at the worldwide box office.
Jawan
Following Pathaan, is Atlee’s directorial Jawan. Starring Shah Rukh Khan alongside South actress Nayanthara, Jawan grossed a whopping ₹1,140.5 crore worldwide at the box office, becoming the biggest Bollywood hit of 2023.
Gadar 2
Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood actor Sunny Deol also made his smashing comeback on the screens, Gadar 2. Directed by Anil Sharma the action drama film featured Sunny Deol alongside Ameesha Patel, Simrat Kaur, and Utkarsh Sharma. Released on 11 August 2023, Gadar 2 became a commercial success, grossing over ₹691.08 crores at the box office.
Tiger 3
Maneesh Sharma’s directorial Tiger 3 starring Salman Khan alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi is yet another major biggest blockbuster film of 2023. Tiger 3 grossed a whopping ₹466.63 crore worldwide, becoming the fifth highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023.
Animal
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal is yet another major biggest Bollywood blockbuster film of 2023. Starring Ranbir Kapoor alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor, Animal has grossed a whopping Rs 850 crore globally till now.
Dunki
Last but not least, is Rajkumar Hirani’s recently released film, Dunki. Starring Shah Rukh Khan alongside Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and Vicky Kaushal, Dunki has already ₹320 crore globally within just 9 days of its release.
