The rumors gained momentum after the actress was seen wearing a saree during BAFTA 2024.

Deepika Padukone’s Pregnancy Rumors
Following the same, now reports have claimed that Deepika is in her second trimester. According to a report by The Week, Deepika is reportedly getting ready for motherhood. A source mentioned to the publication, “The actor is said to be in her second trimester.” However, Ranveer and Deepika have yet to address these claims.
The rumors and speculations about her pregnancy were further fueled after Deepika recently arrived back in Mumbai and wore a loose-fitted hoodie at the airport. Many netizens even claimed that the actress’ baby bump was very much visible.
It’s worth mentioning that news of Deepika’s pregnancy surfaced shortly after reports emerged of her decision to withdraw from The White Lotus season 3. Last month, there were rumors suggesting Deepika’s involvement in the third season of the popular HBO series. However, recent reports indicate that Deepika has opted out of the show.
Moreover, this isn’t the first time Deepika has faced pregnancy rumors. Last month, when she shared photos from the promotions of Fighter, fans speculated about a possible ‘bump’ and flooded the comments section with inquiries about her pregnancy.
Deepika On Having A Child With Ranveer
Interestingly, earlier this year Deepika opened up about having a child with Ranveer Singh. Talking to Vogue Singapore Deepika said, “Ranveer and I love children. We look forward to the day when we will start our own family.”
