Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun’s Female Look With Beard Leaves Fans Crazy In First Poster

Pushpa 2: The Rule: Starring Allu Arjun, the poster leaves fans suspicious of his never-before-seen avatar in a saree and bangles.

Pushpa 2 is already one of the year’s most anticipated films, and we can’t wait to see the second part. The team released a teaser for the second installment titled “Where is Pushpa?” which featured Allu Arjun in a new look that was quite different from the first part. The brief teaser has gone viral on social media. Meanwhile, an official poster has been circulating on social media, causing some speculation among fans, and it was confirmed to be official once the team shared it on their social media platforms.

The eye-catching poster depicts Allu Arjun in an almost unrecognisable outfit, complete with a saree and bangles, holding a gun, and his facial expression just killing it. The poster’s contradictory aesthetics and Allu’s look have gotten even more attention, so much so that fans, who can’t believe the actor is dressed up in a female costume, have asked if it is real or just edited.

Take a look here:

Allu Arjun shared the poster on his social media accounts, raising expectations. The poster is clearly set against the backdrop of a local festival, with Allu Arjun’s attire resembling camouflage for Pushpa and the makeup resembling one of the festival offerings around the neck.

There are also various colours used in and around the eye to highlight it, with blue and red powder smeared all over the body. And Pushpa’s gun-wielding pose will undoubtedly provide a glimpse into the tone of the sequel. On the eve of the film’s leading man’s birthday, the team released the first look poster. Allu Arjun will be celebrating his birthday tomorrow, and fans are hoping for a special update.

Pushpa 2: The Rule will be directed by Sukumar again. The film will be shot on a much larger scale, and Mythri Movie Makers will finance the big-budget action entertainer, which will feature a larger cast lineup that will be announced in the coming days. Aside from Rashmika Mandanna and Fahad Faasil, who will reprise their roles from the original, the film will feature an ensemble cast that has yet to be revealed. There have been rumours that Sai Pallavi will join the team, but there has been no official confirmation. Allu Arjun’s starrer movie will be released later this year.
