Meher Ramesh’s directorial “Bhola Shankar” will be released in the theatres on 11th August. Bhola Shankar is a Telugu action-drama film featuring South superstar Chiranjeevi in the lead role.

Action-drama film, Bhola Shankar will feature Chiranjeevi in main role alongside Keerthy Suresh and Tamannaah Bhatia. Apart from them the film will also feature Akkineni Sushanth, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Tarun Arora, Sayaju Shinde, Raghu Babu and others in significant roles.

Directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by Anil Sunkara, Bhola Shankar is an upcoming Telugu action-drama film which is a remake version of Tamil movie “Vedalam”. The remake version will portray the story of a vengeful brother who seeks revenge for his sister and hunts down the thugs who harmed her. Chiranjeevi will play the role of the brother while Keerthy Suresh will play the role of his sister. Tamannaah Bhatia will play the role of Chiranjeevi’s love interest in the film.

Reportedly, Bhola Shankar has been made on an overall budget of 80-100cr.

Bhola Shankar Advance Booking

Reportedly the film grossed around 6-7cr worldwide in advance bookings. Rajinikanth starrer “Jailer” gave a tough competition to the film in the advance bookings. Jailer which is receiving highly positive reviews might affect the box office collection of Bhola Shankar.

Bhola Shankar OTT Release Date

Reportedly the film will release on ZEE5 by its distributing partner Zee Studios. As for the OTT release date the film is reportedly expected to hit the OTT platform by October.
