Indian is a Hindi action thriller film directed by N.Maharajan and produced by Dharmendra. The film stars Sunny Deol in the lead role with Shilpa Shetty, Danny Denzongpa, Raj Babbar and Rahul Dev in other pivotal roles. It is a remake of Tamil film Vallarasu.

The above thowback video features the grand Muhurat of the film. Dharmdra gave the clap for the Muhurat shot. Aishwarya Rai was the first choice as female lead in the film but was later replaced by Shilpa Shetty.

Indian was released in the year 2000 and became the fourth highest-grossing Hindi film of that year.
