In a recent episode of Shark Tank India, tension arose between Aman Gupta, Amit Jain, and Anupam Mittal when Aman opted out of the deal. Immediately following the founders’ pitch, Amit Jain complimented their packaging, describing it as “ethnic.” However, Aman promptly interjected, expressing his dissatisfaction with the packaging, citing a lack of brand identity.

Shortly after, Aman withdrew from the deal and advised the founders against seeking investment. He cautioned that bringing investors on board could potentially exacerbate their challenges, sparking a disagreement between him and Anupam.

“What is this? Jahan invest nahi karna, tum kyu kehte ho ki investment mat lo? Shark Tank mein kaise baithe hain hum? Matlab yeh investment lene aaye hain, tabhi toh yahan aaye hain” Anupam said.

In response to this, Aman contended that investors could sometimes pressure founders for greater returns, potentially adding unnecessary burdens. Subsequently, Amit Jain chimed in, and said, “Aap karte hoge push hum toh nahi karte”.

Reacting to Amit Jain’s provocation, Aman retorted and said, “Aapka toh bahut naam kharab hai market mein. Responding to Aman’s statement Amit argued and said, “Mera toh bahut hi acha hai, pucho founders se”.
