During a recent installment of Shark Tank India season 3, Pranjhal Sinha, Akshetha Maithri Ashik, and Vikram Kumar presented their Online Dispute Resolution platform to the judges. The platform offers online solutions for legal matters, bypassing traditional court procedures. They sought Rs 1 crore from the sharks in exchange for a 1% equity stake in their company.

Aman Gupta and Namita Thakur presented a collective proposition to the pitchers, expressing, “We have dealt with big MNCs and handled them in the last 14 quarters so we are going to bring that to the table apart from everything else.” Apart from them Amit Jain also made his offer to the pitchers.
However, Anupam Mittal the CEO of Shaadi.com, took a dig at CMO of boAt, Aman Gupta and said, “It’s network effect business. Ye koi audio, speakers bechne ka dhanda thodi hai?”. Aman appeared to be displeased by this, prompting him to advise the pitchers to consider aligning with a shark who maintained composure and approached the situation with calmness, rather than agitation.
Following this, Ritesh also aligned with Aman and Namita’s proposal, culminating in an agreement for Rs 1 crore in exchange for a 1.5% equity stake. This development left Aman feeling enthusiastic, prompting him to remark, “Koi bolta hai main tech ka king hu main. Oh Ho, bura laga unke liye.”
