In a recent episode of ‘Shark Tank India’ season 3, Anupam Mittal, CEO of Shaadi.com and one of the judges, was left speechless. The claims presented by a pitching couple initially surprised him, but he became calmer after uncovering a remarkable ‘twist’.

The video clip, posted by the official Shark Tank India page on X, starts in the middle of the pitch, showing Anupam visibly irritated. Slamming the pitcher couple he says, “Then why have you set up this shop? If you can predict the prices of commodities, then you sit here and I will go on stage and ask for a billion dollar from you?…What are you even saying? Who can predict the prices of commodities? Zara soch be boliye aap”.
The teaser continues by featuring the entrepreneur’s partner standing next to him. Anupam then asks if they are in a relationship, to which the woman confirms with a “yes.”
The pitcher remarks, “The story is connected to you,” as Namita Thapar reacts with astonishment, “You met on Shaadi.com!” The man chuckles and confirms, while the camera returns to capture a surprised but now subdued Anupam Mittal. “Oh, really?!” he responds, flashing a gentle smile. For the unversed, Anupam Mittal is the CEO of Shaadi.com.
