Adil Khan Durrani, former spouse of Rakhi Sawant, has recently tied the knot with Somi Khan from Bigg Boss 12. Both Adil and Somi took to Instagram Thursday night to announce their marriage, accompanied by a shared post and a collection of photos.
In the initial image, Adil and Somi Khan exchanged smiles as they held up their framed marriage certificate. Another snapshot captured Adil tenderly kissing Somi on her forehead. Somi adorned herself in a red lehenga for the occasion, while Adil opted for a cream and golden sherwani paired with a maroon turban. They struck various poses for the camera during the event. The couple officially exchanged vows on March 3rd.
Sharing their wedding pictures, the couple captioned their post and wrote, “Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem We are overjoyed to announce that by the grace of Allah, we have solemnized our Nikkah in a simple and beautiful ceremony. Alhumdullilaah, we are thankful for this blessing and we appreciate our families and friends for their love and support. We are eager to begin our new journey together as husband and wife. Rakhi Sawant-Adil Durrani’s Relationship
For the unversed, Adil was previously married to Rakhi Sawant. Rakhi made public her marriage to Adil in 2023. However, a few weeks later, she lodged an FIR against him, alleging instances of domestic violence, financial mismanagement, and mistreatment. Additionally, she accused him of infidelity. Adil was apprehended in February of that year. Following his release on bail the previous week, Adil addressed the media and made several assertions regarding Rakhi.
Before Adil, Rakhi was previously married to Ritesh. The couple entered the Bigg Boss 15 house together but went their separate ways shortly after the show’s grand finale. In February 2022, Rakhi declared her split from Ritesh, mentioning in a statement that ‘a lot unfolded’ following their appearance on Salman Khan’s reality show.
