Lupin is among the most underrated shows on Netflix. It is a French mystery thriller series created by George Kay and François Uzan. It revolves around Assane Diop, a man who is inspired by the adventures of master thief Arsène Lupin, a character created by Maurice Leblanc in the early 1900s. Assanne is a gentleman burglar, who sets on a mission to avenge his father’s death who was framed by business tycoon Hubert Pellegrini. The first two seasons (parts) were released in 2021. The ten episodes kept the audience on the edge of their seats all the time. While Assane Diop avenges his father’s death by the end of season 2, fans are waiting to see how he escapes and hides from the police as he becomes the most wanted man in the state. Lupin Season 3 Trailer:
The trailer of Lupin season 3 is not out yet. However, the makers treated the audience with an exciting teaser some time ago. In the teaser, Assanne Diop can be seen making attempts to disappear. The teaser begins with him saying, “I avenged my father. I had to protect my family. I wanted to stay in the dark but had to come back into the light. Now, watch me disappear.”
Assanne can be seen making narrow escapes using the art of illusions and impostery.
Lupin Season 3 Plot:
While sharing the teaser, Netflix also disclosed the plot of Lupin season 3. “Now in hiding, Assane must learn to live far from his wife and son. With the suffering they endure because of him, Assane can’t stand it any longer and decides to return to Paris to make them a crazy proposal: leave France and start a new life elsewhere. But the ghosts of the past are never far away, and an unexpected return will turn his plans upside down,” it says.
Lupin Season 3 Release Date:
Lupin season 3 release date has not been disclosed yet. However, we can expect the new season to release on Netflix by the end of 2023.
