Get Ready as the Release Date of SLB’s dream project ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’ is going to be revealed in a grand Netflix special event in Mumbai. Directed by the dynamic Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar revolves around the lives of Tawaifs in the red-light district of Heera Mandi (Lahore) during the Indian independence movement against the British Raj dating back to the 1940’s. The Magnum-Opus web series features a stellar star cast of actors including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh & Sharmin Segal in significant roles. Helmed By the Padmaavat filmmaker’s home banner Bhansali Productions, the historical drama genre web series is expected to top the list of most expensive OTT contents ever produced in the country. The multi-starrer venture is slated to release on Netflix.
