Many Theories Circulating About Why Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner Parted Ways, One Suggests That The Singer Was Not Supportive

There Are Various Theories Circulating About Why They Decided To Split Up

The news about Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner getting divorced has been confirmed, but the exact reason for their separation isn’t clear. However, there are various theories circulating about why they decided to split up.

One theory, reported by TMZ through their sources, suggests that Joe may have pressured Sophie to attend events shortly after giving birth to their second child. These sources claim that Joe wasn’t very supportive after the birth of the child.

TMZ mentioned that several sources who were around Joe after Sophie gave birth in July last year said that the actress preferred to stay home. They said that Sophie didn’t want to be photographed or go to events, but she still accompanied Joe to several of them. However, at one specific event, it was clear to those present that Sophie felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there.

According to TMZ, shortly after this event, there was another one that Joe attended alone. Sources close to Joe expressed that he felt Sophie was not present enough (MIA – missing in action) and that she needed to be more active. People who were there and overheard Joe’s complaints noted that there seemed to be tension in their relationship.

On Wednesday, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner announced their divorce through identical Instagram posts. They issued a joint statement which read, “Statement from the two of us: After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”
