According to a screenshot that was posted on Twitter, Selena, in response to all the accusations wrote, “This is why I believe in taking care of your mental health.”
The 29-year-old singer added, “Guys no idea what I did but I really am sorry. Zero bad intention. Deleting soon.” Although Selena did not mention Hailey or anyone else in the video, she then went on to turn off all the comments in her video.
On May 10, Hailey Bieber posted a few ‘Get Ready With Me’ videos on her TikTok account. After a couple of hours Selena Gomez shared a video while doing her skincare routine but she kept on rolling her eyes repeatedly which offended fans and some even thought it was “shady.”
Fans filled her comment section, where they criticized Selena for making such eye expressions. “It’s giving I’m a performative loser who blatantly gets away with bullying other women the way she twisted her eyes in every step,” wrote one person.
Fans just never seem to leave Hailey and Selena alone. Just a month ago, Hailey was the one who was going through something similar when Selena’s fans backlashed Hailey, that lead to her begging them to “leave me alone.
Hailey, 25, added, “Enough time has gone by where it’s valid to leave me alone. I’m minding my business. I don’t do anything, I don’t say anything. Leave me alone, please,” referring to how long it has been since Justin and Selena broke up.
Justin and Selena started dating in 2011. They dated for quite a long time but kept going on and off with their relationship. They finally broke it off in 2018. A source close to Page Six told the outlet that the breakup was in fact a “break” and the couple had “trust issues.”
“There’s a lot going on there. They do this all the time. They get into arguments. They’re not talking. It’s hard to keep up with those two,” the source told the outlet.
After their breakup in July, Justin quietly got married to Hailey and ever since then, fans are of the opinion that Hailey is solely responsible for the former couple’s breakup. Also, in December 2020, an insider told ET Online that Justin, Hailey and Selena are all tired of the fan discourse about them.
The source said, “Selena, Justin and Hailey are all tired of the Selena vs. Hailey narrative at this point. It’s exhausting for everyone, and they just want people to move on so they can move on too and not focus on any further negativity or past situations.”
