Porky’s Actor Tony Ganios’ Sudden Demise, Fiancée Amanda Serrano Pens An Emotion Note

He had a spinal infection, but he hid it from everyone and when the pain got too much, he was hospitalized for surgery and unfortunately the surgery didn't work out and he lost his life. 

Meat in Porky’s franchise, Tony Ganios, passed away on Feb 18 at the age of 64. His fiancée, Amanda Serrano, shared this news on X (formerly known as Twitter) and she put her grief into words. His demise was a shock to everyone as he died due to surgery failure. He had a spinal infection, but he hid it from everyone and when the pain got too much, he was hospitalized for surgery and unfortunately the surgery didn’t work out and he lost his life. 

Amanda wrote on X, “The last words we said to each other were, ‘I love you’. Love is an understatement. You are everything to me. My heart, my soul, and my best friend. #I love you #tonyganios.”

She revealed the reason behind his demise in an X post, “It’s just unreal to me right now. It was so fast. He hadn’t felt well and hid it from me for days. When he finally told me, and was taken to the hospital, his spinal cord was severely infected. They did surgery, next morning, his heart stopped. I’m crushed.”

Tony Ganios is popular for the sex comedy franchise Porky’s. He made his acting debut through “The Wanderers” in 1979. Later he appeared in many movies, including “Black Roads”, “Continental Divide”, “Die Hard 2”, “The Taking Of Beverly Hills”, “Body Rock”, “Rising Sun” etc. 

He appeared in many TV series too, like “Wiseguy”, “The Equalizers”, “Scarecrow” and many. Tony has left his mark on pop culture through his work, but his demise has saddened many in the industry.
