Justin Timberlake’s new single, titled “Selfish,” dropped on January 25. This is Timberlake’s first solo music outing after his 2018 “Man of the Woods” record. He debuted the new song during a performance at the Orpheum Theater in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. Fans are delighted and gaga over his pulsating new music, which attained the feat of getting the highest votes.
The pop singer is ready to make a raging comeback with love-themed lyrics and released the video for the first single from his forthcoming album Everything I Thought It Was, which is scheduled to drop March 15. The pop superstar is seen getting in his falsetto feels over a smooth mid-tempo groove, and music fans and his staunch following voted his song as this week’s favourite new music. Choosing the 42-year-old pop star and actor’s first solo release in more than five years as their favourite new music release of the past week, it brought in 77% of the vote, beating out new music by Megan Thee Stallion, Ice Spice, and Morgan Wallen.
“Selfish” was co-written by Timberlake, Louis Bell, Cirkut, Theron Thomas, and Amy Allen, and produced by JT, Bell, and Cirkut. The video was directed by Bradley J. Calder (SZA,Tinashe). It is Justin Timverlake’s highly anticipated comeback single.
