To mark the start of the weekend, Jennifer Lopez, 51, is showing off both her dance moves and muscles!

Alex Rodriguez, 45, posted a video of his superstar fiancée jamming out by the pool for the 2018 track “You Know I Got It” by Rick Ross on Friday

In her Slick Dentelle high-top shoes from The Kooples, J.Lo danced and showed off her toned postural muscles in a pairing up in a black colour sports bra and high-rise yoga leggings.

While J.Lo’s still in her workout attire even when Friday rolls around is already related to all the gym and fitness freaks!

Meanwhile the “Let’s Get Loud” singer is often seen donning a pair of leggings and matching sports bra, as she’s always getting her sweat on.

J.Lo’s personal trainer Dodd Romero spilt beans on the fitness secrets of the Hustler star back in 2019!

“She does high rep schemes, most all of her abs exercises go from 50, 35, 21, 14 reps. She never does the same ab routine twice so the body never acclimates and all her ab exercises are designed to lengthen and tighten the muscles,” J’Lo’s personal trainer at the time told a news portal.

He further added, “She works out four to five days a week with weights and does cardio five to six days. She attacks every workout with 100% intensity.” Meanwhile, Dodd Romero reported the same before J’Lo started training for her legendary performance at the Super Bowl halftime show.

Although J’Lo enjoys her gym outfits, she still knows how to glam up! For her cover storey with Maluma for Billboard this October, the stunner slipped into a thigh-high black evening gown, figure-hugging white cutout dress and more.

In the forthcoming rom-com Marry Me coming out in February 2021, the two popular Latin singers co-starred, and in the interview, J’Lo defended the genre. “First of all, romantic comedies are not light movies,” J’Lo told in an interview with Billboard.

She added, “They’re necessary, beautiful movies, and I don’t know why people feel like they have to put them down when everybody enjoys them so much. It’s like ‘chick flicks.’ I don’t know guys who don’t love to go to the movies and watch a rom-com. It’s a very sweet movie, but it’s still a movie about life.”
