Harry Styles just attended his first Brit Awards as a solo artist and he made sure he made it worthwhile as the Fine Line singer made three major outfit changes and managed to look dapper every single time.
Being a performer and a nominee for the night, Styles had plenty of opportunities to showcase his flamboyant looks.
The 26-year-old singer’s red carpet look comprised of a brown Gucci suit with a broderie anglaise collared shirt, purple wool sweater, his signature string of pearls and some interesting Mary Janes.
For his much awaited performance Styles surprised with a custom Gucci lace jumpsuit and his footwear? Well, the former One Direction crooner chose to go barefoot. For the big finish, Harry’s final look, perhaps the most pleasantly surprising of all was a vibrant yellow Marc Jacobs women’s suit from the S/S 2020 collection, complete with a purple bow as he took his seat at his table. Styles shattered al gender stereotypes with his last look as he showed the world that even if you’re a man, you can still rock women’s clothing and look amazing while doing so.
Styles stylist Harry Lambert speaks about his genderless fashion choices to a leading magazine. “Tailoring has been an important part of Harry’s wardrobe for some time now. We’ve never been afraid to experiment with silhouette, and tonight is no exception,” Lambert explains. “We have definitely been teasing elements of the tour wardrobe for a while now, and one of tonight’s looks is a taste of things to come… but I’m not going to tell you which one.”
After the event ended, begun the BRIT Awards After Party where the Sign of the Times singer bumped into his ex-GF Kendall Jenner who rocked a shimmery green full length, skin-hugging bodysuit. An insider revealed the Cherry singer and the Keeping up with the Kardashians star were seen interacting during the after party.
This comes a little after the exes were seen at James Corden’s show where they had an interesting Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts segment wherein Kendall asked Harry point-blank which one of his songs he’s written about her, putting him in a tight spot.
