Last year, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s defamation case was one of the most controversial and big news stories in the entertainment industry. Since then, she has faced a lot of criticism from Depp’s fan base. It was inspired by a column Head published in which she discussed experiencing domestic violence. Later, Depp sued his ex-wife for defamation in a $50 million lawsuit.
The trial, which lasted around two months, received extensive media coverage. People all throughout the world took sides, but the majority sided with Depp. However, if recent reports are to be believed, Heard moved to Madrid, Spain, less than a year after the trial was over, and quit Hollywood.
A friend of Heard’s revealed that she’s bilingual in Spanish and is happy there, raising her daughter away from all the noise.” She stated that Amber Heard has no plans to return to the entertainment industry, but she might do so in the future. Amber will probably come back when the time is right for the right project.
Since the resolution of her defamation lawsuit with Johnny Depp in June of last year, Amber Heard has maintained a low profile. There is surprising news for all of her admirers, though.
