Vicky Kaushal is currently immersed in promoting his upcoming film, “The Great Indian Family.” However, in a recent interview with Radio City India, the actor shared an interesting anecdote about how his family learned about his relationship with his wife, Katrina Kaif.

When asked who he first shared the news of dating Katrina with, Vicky responded, “The first ones to know at home were my mother and father.” When questioned whether he told them together, he confirmed that he did. With a touch of humor, the host asked if his parents believed him, and Vicky, after a moment of contemplation, replied, “I think they did.”

The interviewer then inquired if his parents had learned about Katrina through news channels, newspapers, or from the famous paparazzi. Vicky chuckled and responded, “No, it’s not like they would find out from Viral.”

He was further asked if there was any family pressure regarding having a baby. Vicky replied, “No, there’s no pressure. They are quite relaxed about it.”

Despite their high-profile relationship, Vicky and Katrina have not yet appeared together in a film. When questioned about the possibility of working together, Vicky humorously shared on “Be A Man Yaar,” “I told her that on set, there will be two directors for me – one director on set and then one director at home who would review everything and offer their insights.”

On the work front, after “The Great Indian Family,” Vicky will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming project, “Sam Bahadur.”
