Ayaan Mukherjee’s magnum opus ‘Brahmastra’ is finally here, all set to woo the audiences on the bug screen after almost keeping fans waiting for 7 years. The Ranbir and Alia Bhatt starrer is surely one of the most looked forward to films of Bollywood, and has been making headlines in the past several weeks. Right from the star cast to its enormous VFX, to its big fat budget, the pan-India film has for all good reasons, become the talk of the town lately.
After releasing the first look and readers, fans are convinced that the film is set to take the theatres by storm on 9th September, on its release date. Brahmastra is special for more than one reason for sure, firstly- the larger-than-life storyline, secondly- mind-boggling VFX, thirdly- never seen before visuals and lastly, great line of casting. For fans who are excited to see Ranbir and Alia’s romance on the big screen for the first time, that’s not the only great thing to look forward to. The movie promises the cameos of several renowned celebrities, adding to fans’ curiosity. As per several reports, these are the list of actors alleged to make an appearance in the film!
- Shah Rukh Khan
Moments after the teaser of Brahmasra was released, fans were convinced that a character seen in one of the scenes holding a trident is none other than Shahrukh himself. Many convinced fans took to their social media handles to express their excitement, as per a report, Shahrukh is also rumoured to play a scientist in the film.
2. Kajol
Kajol too is reportedly said to play a cameo in the film, precisely, many media reports revealed Kajol can be seen in two of the scenes in the film. Although for now, it’s still a mystery what character is played by Kajol, her presence in the multi-starrer film is for sure fixed.
3. Deepika Padukone
This isn’t a secret anymore, fans who have been closely following the updates of the film know Deepika is supposed to essay the character of ‘Jal Devi’ (Water goddess). Deepika had to make it to the list of actors doing cameos in the film as she shares a good bond with the maker of the film Ayaan, as well as the two main leads of the film.
4. Ranveer Singh
With his wife Deepika, Ranveer Singh also makes a cameo in the film. Not many know about his cameo or his character in the film, but Ranveer is apparently said to have shot a dance number for the movie almost Varun Dhawan, who also makes his cameo in the film.
5. Madhuri Dixit Nene

Madhuri, who also made a cameo previously in Ayaan’s ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ in her hit dance number ‘Ghagra’, is all set to make another cameo in Brahmastra as well. Reports reveal that the actress is supposedly essaying the role of ‘Goddess Durga’ in the film.
