She recently married political leader Fahad Ahmed, however, she faced trolls and hashtagged love jihad because she married a Muslim boy. After their wedding, netizens shared their old posts, in which Swara wished Fahad a happy birthday and called him brother. They were trolled a lot for that. Recently, the actress turned a year older, and her husband has wished her, although everyone’s attention is going to his caption, where he has called her ‘Bhai’.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Fahad shared a sweet, long birthday note for his love and explained why they called each other ‘bhai’. He shared their picture and wrote, “Many many happy returns of the day, bhai, listening to your suggestion on my birthday, I am married, and I hope u get to know from Twitter Thank you for completing me in every aspect,m blessed to have a friend and mentor like u I love you my heart P.S-bhai is gender neutral.”
Where many wished the actress a happy birthday on that post, however, some trolled them.
One user wrote, “Don’t justify anything rubbish… Just because in one old tweet she mentioned you as “Bhai” now you are trying to equate this with something more crap… I hope you will not tweet with the word “Behan” in future… Or is it possible in “relationship neutral” …. ??” Another user wrote, “Why not? When bhai can become husband? So wife can become bhai? Hope their children will not be named something else?
@ReallySwara won’t mind calling @RahulGandhi as bhai too? Anyway did RG call to wish his bhai on her bday?” One more user wrote, “If bhai is gender neutral, then every girl is bhai no need to use bhen, and on top of that using it for ur wife I mean gazab fetish hai BHAIIIII.”
She startled everyone in February by declaring her courtship with Fahad, according to the unversed. Since then, the pair has been the target of derogatory remarks, offensive memes, and unfavorable attitudes. She has frequently been the target of jabs from politicians and internet users who have brought up the horrifying Shraddha Walker case.
