Aamir Khan’s film Laal Singh Chaddha faced extreme backlash and wrath from the viewers and the public end, meanwhile now Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Pathaan is going on a similar track as the netizens have now decided to boycott the film after a clip of Shah Rukh has gone viral in which the actor is seen saying that there is growing intolerance in India.

For the unversed, a similar video clip of Aamir Khan went viral in which the actor passed his statement in 2015 on “India growing intolerant” as he said, “As an individual, as part of this country, as a citizen, we read in the papers and see it on the news, and certainly, I have been alarmed. I can’t deny it. I have been alarmed by a number of incidents”. This statement received heavy criticism from the audience and has remained a huge reason why netizens boycotted Laal Singh Chaddha.
