Why Did The Makers Of Jawan Again Change The Release Date?

Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan makers announced a new release date; the film will hit theatres on September 7, 2023.

Ever since the historic success of the spy action thriller Pathaan, fans have been crazily anticipating Shah Rukh Khan’s first-ever pan-India film, Jawan, which is set to release this year. The craze for his next is at an all-time high now, but it seems fans have to wait longer to see it on the big screen. As the release date of the film has now been changed again by the makers, fans will have to wait until September.

Shah Rukh’s next film Jawan, directed by Atlee and produced by SRK’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment, also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and Sunil Grover in key roles. Recently, the makers again announced the new release date. Originally scheduled for release on June 3, 2023, the movie will instead hit theatres on September 7, 2023.

The news was made on Twitter by Shahrukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment, and in the comments that followed, fans indicated how eagerly they were anticipating the film’s release. According to reports, the movie cost Rs. 200 crore to make, featured some of the greatest personalities, and was shot in some exotic locales. Without a doubt, we anticipate it to be as popular as ever!

But yes, we hope that the makers will not take any new decisions and push the release date again.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh’s other film is this year’s Dunki with Rajkumar Hirani, which is scheduled to release on December 22, 2023.
