Scam 1992 fame Pratik Gandhi recently graced the red carpet at the launch of OTT Play Premium. The app will host 12 domestic and international video streaming services and the subscribers will be able to choose from language-based bundles. During the event, Pratik talked about how OTT has changed the entertainment game over the last three years. He said, “OTT has given a superpower to the audience in form of remote control that lets them watch whatever they want, at a time and place they want to. As a result, every content is finding its own audience. The audience can easily find the things they want to watch. So, it is a win-win situation.”
When asked about the latest series he watched and liked, Pratik said, “I recently watched Panchayat Season 2 and I liked it a lot.”
Panchayat Season 2 is created by The Viral Fever (TVF) and streams on Amazon Prime Video. It features Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik and Chandan Roy.
When asked about his upcoming releases, Pratik Gandhi said, “I am prepping for some films and shows. I am even doing some short films. So, I am experimenting with all kinds of formats. I hope the audience will like it.”
