Prabhas’ First Look In “Project K” Creates Buzz On Internet, Netizens Unhappy, Say, ‘Can’t You See It’s Looking Bad’

Even Earlier, Deepika Padukone's Poster Faced A Similar Wave Of Criticism Upon Its Release

The much-anticipated movie “Project K,” starring Prabhas, has been generating a buzz on the internet for the past few days, mainly due to its star-studded cast and being one of the most expensive productions in the industry. However, yesterday, the film’s makers unveiled the poster, featuring Prabhas in a fully armed, robotic-looking avatar, gazing directly into the camera.

Unfortunately, the poster release didn’t sit well with netizens, and they swiftly began trolling and creating memes to express their disappointment. One netizen commented, “The worst first look ever made! Is he supposed to be Ironman? #ProjectK (sic).” Another wrote, “#WhatisProjectK #Prabhas first look DISAPPOI.”

Critics further expressed their discontent, questioning the editing and choice of the first look. They conveyed their disappointment, saying, “How could you release this as the first look? We expected a lot, but the editing seems to be the worst. Can’t you see it’s looking bad? At least choose a different pose, really disappointed.”

Interestingly, even earlier, Deepika Padukone’s poster faced a similar wave of criticism upon its release.

Apart from Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, the movie boasts an ensemble cast including Kamal Hassan, Rana Daggubati, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, and Suriya, among others. The film, helmed by director Nag Ashwin, is being made in two parts. The first part is set to hit the screens on January 14 next year.

While the anticipation surrounding “Project K” was sky-high, the initial poster release received a mixed response from the audience, with many expressing their disappointment and criticism.
