Poonam Pandey Faces Extreme Backlash From Celebs For Her Death PR Stunt

Many TV celebs like Aly Goni, Prince Narula, Shardul Pandit and others slammed and lashed out at Poonam Pandey for her fake death PR stunt.

Poonam Pandey’s recent death publicity stunt has sparked extreme outrage and criticism from the netizens. On Friday, Poonam’s team announced her death stating that the model and actress died due to “cervical cancer”. However, today Poonam shared a video finally revealing that she is “alive” putting an end to the controversy.

Her death PR stunt didn’t sit well with the netizens. Apart from the netizens, several celebrities from the industry also came out and criticized Poonam Pandey for her fake death publicity stunt.

Aly Goni who previously shared a tweet expressing his grief on Pooja’s fake death, now came out and slammed the model for her PR stunt. He wrote, “Fuking cheap publicity stunt it was nothing else.. u guys think it’s funny? U and ur PR team should be boycotted I swear.. bloody losers and to all the media portals we people here trust u that’s y we believed it.. shame on u all..”.

Shardul Pandit also lashed out at Poonam Pandey for faking death, sharing a video on his Instagram he wrote, “Not cool @poonampandeyreal not cool whoever came up with the idea , whoever convinced you , not cool whoever thought this is a good awareness. At the cost of sounding like a joke I was affected, hurt , disoriented , lost and deeply saddened. As much as I thankgod that you are alive I hate the fact that I along with many had to go through the deep emotions ,grief and sadness….”

Rakhi Sawant also lashed out at Poonam Pandey for her fake death stunt. She called out Poonam for toying with the media and her fans and pranking them with her fake death.

Prince Narula also shared a video in his Instagram stories and addressed the controversy. He revealed that he had put his shoots and work on hold since he was grieving her death, he also called her PR stunt “cheap”.
