Netizens Brutally Slam Poonam Pandey For Her Death “Publicity Stunt”

On Friday Poonam’s team announced her death issuing an official statement. The statement stated that the model and actress died due to cervical cancer. The news took the internet by shock. Several celebrities and netizens came out and expressed their shock and grief. However, to everyone’s shock, Poonam Pandey released a video and revealed that she was indeed alive and her death announcement was only to spread awareness.

However, her recent stunt didn’t go down well with the audience and the netizens. Reacting to the actress’ fake death stunt, a segment of netizens came out and brutally slammed Poonam Pandey for faking her death. Many netizens tagged her stunt as “utterly distasteful” and urged the audience to boycott the actress.

A user wrote, “What a shameful girl she is. How can you stoop so low for a cheap publicity stunts. We will never trust you again as they say trust is the most expensive thing in the world,Cheap people can’t afford it as Poonam Pandey”.

For the unversed, on 2 February, a statement was shared on Poonam Panday’s Instagram account announcing her demise. The statement read, “This morning is a tough one for us. Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came in contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. In this time of grief, we would request for privacy while we remember her fondly for all that we shared.”
