Ishaan Khatter made his debut in Bollywood with Shashank Khaitan’s Dhadak alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday entered Bollywood with Karan Johar’s Student of The Year 2. Now these two new bees of B-town will be sharing the screen space for the first in an upcoming movie titled Khaali Peeli.
Both the young actors enjoy a massive fan following and all of them are in anticipation for the Jodi to share the silver screen. Needless to say that Ananya and Ishaan are great friends’ off-camera too and often leave quirky comments on each other’s social media posts.
Speaking of his Khaali Peeli co-star and dear friend Ananya Panday, Ishaan said, “She is a complete dhamaal, Ananya Panday. I will be beaten brutally if I don’t make sure to praise her in very large amount. So I want to dedicate the next 18 minutes of this chat or so to talking about Ananya Panday.”
Ishaan Khatter also shared an anecdote from Khaali Peeli’s sets as he said that while shooting for Khaali Peeli’s schedule in Mumbai, it happened that the film’s schedule was being hampered by bad weather, as the cast and crew had to travel to the shooting spot only to return without any work being done.
At the time, while Ishaan was worried, Ananya revealed him by sharing anecdotes from her past film sets, in order to lighten everyone’s mood, and at the end, Ishaan like a weight has been lifted off his shoulder.
Well, we can surely say that Ishaan and Ananya share a great bonding, and moviegoers can’t wait to see them on the big screen together.
On the work front, Ishaan Khatter will be next seen in Mira Nair’s A Suitable Boy alongside Tabu. On the other hand, Ananya Panday will be sharing the screen space with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Shakun Batra’s untitled film.
