Lakhs of people from Northern regions migrate to Mumbai to make a career in Bollywood. But there won’t be any such need from now on! Well, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has announced that India’s biggest film city will be made in Uttar Pradesh. His announcement comes after the ongoing chaos in Bollywood.
He directed his officials to find suitable land to set up the country’s ‘biggest’ film city in or around Noida, Greater Noida or the Yamuna Expressway and prepare an action plan.
Actor Kangana Ranaut has applauded this decision of CM Yogi Adityanath. She wrote on Twitter, “ applaud this announcement by @myogiadityanath ji. We need many reforms in the film industry first of all we need one big film industry called Indian film industry we are divided based on many factors, Hollywood films get advantage of this. One industry but many Film Cities.”
People on Twitter have also welcomed this decision as they will not have to migrate to Mumbai to make a career in film line.
