‘Can’t Handle Criticism’: Netizens Brutally Troll Sandeep Reddy Vanga For Criticising Adil Hussain

A segment of netizens criticized Sandeep Reddy Vanga for his inability to handle criticism and for rebuking Adil Hussain for his critique of the film "Kabir Singh."

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s strong reaction to Adil Hussain’s admission of regret regarding his involvement in Kabir Singh surprised everyone. In a recent interview, the actor openly expressed feeling ashamed of his participation in Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s romantic drama.

During a recent conversation with AP Podcast’s YouTube channel, Adil mentioned that he initially lacked interest in the film. He instructed his agent to quote a high fee to the production house, hoping they would reject him. Surprisingly, they agreed, and Adil eventually accepted the role. Although the scene he filmed seemed satisfactory, he admitted that he couldn’t watch the movie for more than 20 minutes.

Adil expressed embarrassment over his involvement in Kabir Singh and expressed his desire that his wife would not watch it, as he knows she would also disapprove. He said, “I think a film like this celebrates something which is not beneficial for society. It legitimizes male misogyny. It legitimizes violence against anybody, for that matter, doesn’t have to be a woman. And it celebrates it, it glorifies it, and it should not be glorified”

Reacting to his tweet Sandeep Reddy Vanga took to X and brutally slammed the actor stating that he “regrets” casting Adil in Kabir Singh. He wrote, “Ur ‘belief’ in 30 art films didn’t get as much fame to u as ur ‘regret’ of 1 BLOCKBUSTER film did. I regret casting u,knwing that ur greed is bigger than ur passion. NOW I’ll save U from the shame by replacing Ur face with AI help Now smile properly”.

However, Sandeep’s reaction was labeled as “over the top” by the netizens who in turn slammed Sandeep for not being able to “handle criticism well”. Check their reactions here.
